Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
1. The service
Mirra tracks the public X (Twitter) accounts you choose and delivers their content to you as private Telegram channels, AI-generated summaries (“briefs”) by email, web, and Telegram, and a weekly cross-author synthesis (“Your Week”). Only public X accounts are supported.
2. AI-generated content
Briefs and Your Week are produced by automated AI summarization of public posts, are not reviewed before delivery, and may contain errors, omissions, or mischaracterizations. The original posts, linked from every brief, are the authoritative source. Where a brief restates market-related statements or extracted “calls”, these are the authors’ public statements, not Mirra’s views, and nothing Mirra delivers is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
3. Author removal
An author who wants their Mirra-hosted public page removed can use the removal link in the page footer or email support@mirra.to; removal requests are honored via a suppression list.
4. Accounts and use
You are responsible for activity on your account and agree not to use Mirra unlawfully or to circumvent X or Telegram terms. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service and may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.
5. Billing
Paid plans bill through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Trials, where offered, are once per customer. You can cancel any time from the Customer Portal and keep access until the period ends, after which channels are closed and delivery stops. The Free tier is capacity-limited and carries no payment obligation; promotional passes are subject to their stated caps.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. Mirra depends on third-party platforms (X, Telegram, email providers) and does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery or the accuracy of AI summaries (§2). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirra’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard before they take effect, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Contact: support@mirra.to.
